ACTIVITIES
As the Atlassian Cloud Program Manager, you will be the chief architect of this digital transformation, ensuring a smooth and successful migration and ongoing optimization. Your key responsibilities include:
- Migration Strategy & Execution: Developing and leading the comprehensive program plan for migrating all Atlassian on-premise instances (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to the Atlassian Cloud.
- Solution Design & Configuration: Collaborating closely with internal technical teams and key stakeholders to design, configure, and customize the new Atlassian Cloud environment to meet specific organizational requirements.
- Expert Advisory: Providing authoritative expert advice on Atlassian Cloud best practices, features, integrations, and security considerations to optimize its utilization.
- New Project Setup & Governance: Establishing clear guidelines and processes for setting up new projects and spaces within the cloud environment, ensuring consistency and adherence to governance policies.
- Change Management: Driving user adoption through effective communication strategies, training programs, and support structures to ensure a seamless transition for all users.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaising with Atlassian support, third-party vendors, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure alignment on program goals.
- Performance & Security Optimization: Continuously monitoring the cloud environment for performance, security, and cost-effectiveness, implementing improvements as necessary.
