• Match your profile with exclusive IT and Transition Management missions.
• Communicate with you regarding opportunities tailored to your ambitions.
• Improve our platform's matching algorithms and user experience.

4. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Processing

At Lensys, we embrace innovation. In compliance with the GDPR and the principles of the EU AI Act, we want to be fully transparent about our use of Artificial Intelligence.

Generative AI (LLMs): We utilize secure Large Language Models to analyze your professional profile and career aspirations alongside available mission descriptions. This allows us to calculate an "Aspiration Score" and a "Composite Score", ensuring we propose opportunities that truly align with where you want to grow.

Strict Human Oversight: In accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR, we do not engage in fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you. Every AI-assisted match, score, and communication draft is rigorously reviewed and validated by a human Business Manager before any contact is initiated. The AI acts solely as an advanced recommendation tool, not a decision-maker.

5. Security & Retention

We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with legal obligations. Standard candidate profiles inactive for more than 5 years may be securely archived or deleted.
