Robotics Program Manager

Lead a high-stakes program to migrate a significant portfolio of robotic process automations to a state-of-the-art platform, ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption. Orchestrate complex interdependencies, drive strategic change, and cultivate cross-organizational collaboration to deliver a transformative robotic capability.

CONTEXT

In an era where efficiency and innovation are paramount, robotic process automation (RPA) has become a cornerstone of operational excellence. Our client, a major player in its sector, is embarking on a strategic transformation to consolidate and optimize its robotic workforce. This involves a monumental initiative to migrate 83 critical robots from their existing Client Servicing infrastructure to a brand-new, dedicated Robotics platform, a move bolstered by a strategic partnership with a leading global consultancy. This isn't merely a technical migration; it's a strategic realignment to unlock greater scalability, resilience, and advanced capabilities for their automated processes. As the Program Manager, you will be at the helm of this complex journey, navigating intricate technical challenges, managing diverse stakeholders, and ensuring a seamless transition that underpins the client's future operational efficiency.

ACTIVITIES

  • Design, structure, and meticulously steer the end-to-end program for migrating 83 robots, defining scope, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, including detailed roadmaps, timelines, resource allocation, and budget oversight.
  • Implement robust program governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective decision-making.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business units, IT, client servicing, and the strategic partner.
